In Auf Wiedersehen Monty, our favorite marsupial is back, and this time he's taking a very pixelated Eurotrip. Released for Windows XP in 2001, it's a nostalgia-fueled platformer that insists you master gravity-defying jumps and memorize half the map. Monty may not speak a word, but his backpack is full of traveler's checks and questionable decisions. The visuals scream "I was ported from a much older system," and the difficulty curve politely tells you to get lost. It’s charming, maddening, and British as tea with warm milk.
A classic on Commodore 64. I remember playing it a lot ages ago.
